Most online orders received by 2pm PST M-F (excluding holidays) are processed for shipment the same day and ship via UPS Regular Ground delivery service. Actual product delivery arrival time varies according to shipping destination location. (Please allow at least 1-3 business days for West Coast deliveries, 2-4 business days for Central/Mid-West deliveries, and 5-7 business days for East Coast deliveries.) Concession equipment such as but not limited to popcorn poppers, cotton candy machines and/or snow cone ice shavers may require at least 7-10 business days for delivery. Most back-ordered items usually ship within 7-10 business days or upon re-stock availability. Large Concession Equipment and/or other Special Order Items may require a 4-6 week lead time for shipment.
 

At this time, West Coast Concessions, Inc. ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does West Coast Concessions, Inc. ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
 

WestCoastConcessions.com does NOT ship to PO Box addresses. A valid, occupied, physical home or business address must be provided as the shipping information location. Listing a PO Box address as the shipping information location when placing an order via WestCoastConcessions.com could result in lengthy order processing and delivery delays.
