Machine Parts Order Info If your machine was purchased from West Coast Concessions, Inc., you have the confidence of knowing that we will keep your important machine information on file and readily accessible so that we can assist you in ordering any extra or replacement parts you may need in the future.
Unfortunately, West Coast Concessions, Inc. can not guarantee under any circumstances that a consumer is ordering the correct part for a machine if that machine was not originally purchased from West Coast Concessions, Inc. If you did not purchase your machine from West Coast Concessions, Inc., it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer for appropriate part #'s prior to contacting West Coast Concessions, Inc. West Coast Concessions, Inc. currently accepts part orders for select Cretors and Gold Medal equipment only and said part orders are limited to stock inventoried items only. All part orders require pre-payment before shipping and are subject to a minimum $10.00 Nonrefundable Manufacturer Factory Direct Handling Fee and/or a minimum $10.00 West Coast Concessions, Inc. Distribution Handling Fee. All Handling Fees are subject to change without notice and can vary depending on the item purchased. All part order returns must be pre-approved and are subject to a 25% Re-Stocking Fee. All Shipping and Handling charges on ordered and returned parts are the sole responsibility of the consumer. If you did not purchase your machine from West Coast Concessions, Inc., we appreciate your cooperation in gathering all appropriate information before calling to inquire about a possible part order.
Important Part(s) Ordering Policy: To inquire about the availability of parts for a machine that was not purchased from West Coast Concessions, Inc., consumers must have the Machine Serial #, Model # and Part # readily available at the time of inquiry. Please note that West Coast Concessions, Inc. does not Special Order any part(s) for any equipment that was not purchased directly from West Coast Concessions, Inc. To order replacement parts for machines and equipment not purchased from West Coast Concessions, Inc. it is always best to contact the distribution company where the item was originally purchased or the manufacturer directly.
